The former residence of Emperor Yongzheng of the Qing Dynasty, later converted into a royal Tibetan Buddhist temple, and the largest Lama temple in Beijing.

- Bottom line: You can only reach the front of Yonghe Gate Hall. Further inside, there are only steps and high thresholds, making the halls inaccessible to wheelchairs. The entrance slope is extremely steep; traveling with a companion or asking for assistance is recommended.
