动物园南门入口
Enter through the South Gate and visit the Giant Panda House first. Continue along level routes to the main animal houses in the east and west sections. Avoid the amphibian and reptile house, which has no lift.
Follow the order and open each stop.

Bear Hill, Lion and Tiger Hill, and the Rhino and Hippo House: detour to a ramped entrance to reach the upper viewing level.
If visiting the aquarium, enter the zoo through the South Gate. From the aquarium second floor, retrace your route or ask staff to help you use the platform lift to descend.

动物园南门入口
从地铁4号线动物园站A口出站，或在南门停车场下车，经无障碍坡道直接推行进入南门。
景区整体平缓，大部分路段无明显坡度，轮椅推行轻松。
基本每条路面衔接处均设有坡道，但两栖爬行馆上下楼无坡道，需走台阶；熊山、狮虎山等部分观景台需绕行坡道。
Peak season (April 1–October 31): 07:30–19:00; last admission at 18:00.
Visitors with disabilities can enter free with valid documentation. Advance booking through the official mini program is recommended; enter using the QR code or ID card.
大熊猫馆作为热门展馆，馆内人流通常极多，轮椅推行和观赏可能需要排队等候。
建议错峰前往，耐心等候。
园内未设大型行李寄存处，仅有南门、北门等处的收费丰巢储物柜。

道路较为平坦，路面平整好推。
